Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily shop operations
• Plan manpower and organise store to meet business needs
• Coach new and existing staff on the Company’s guidelines
• Attend to customers’ enquiries and requests
• Maintain healthy level of stock inventory in the shop
• Ensure in-store display is carried out according to VM guidelines

Requirements:
• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or its equivalent
• 1 or 2 years of sales supervisor experience in Retail environment
• Customer service oriented and good communication skills
• Good people management skills
• 5 days work week, 2 off days with rotational shifts
