- Plan and implement product promotion and brand campaigns; brainstorming and developing creative marketing ideas to build brand awareness and drive sales;Work closely with teammates and agencies to develop ATL communications, POP and manage all owned media platforms;
- Formulate brand public relations strategies including PR pitching, product seedings, KOL tactics and media line up etc.;
- Liaise with licensors/ business partners to explore potential collaboration, deal with licensors on all negotiation and approvals to ensure smooth campaign launch;
- Monitor budget and post-campaign evaluation; and
- Assist in ad hoc marketing projects.
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related discipline;
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Retail/ FMCG/ Marketing field;
- Experience in PR/ Digital agency/ dealing with licensors is a plus;
- A good team player with sound interpersonal & communication skills;
- With sound project management skills and retail sense;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua; and
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
**Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Officer.
